By accessing or using 28 Days Her, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
28 Days Her is a daily action and personal growth platform operated by SF Education Group Ltd. The platform provides 28-day cycles, daily notes, reflection prompts, progress tracking, and community features.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Premium features are available via paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
If Premium is not for you, contact us within 14 days of your first charge for a refund. Refund eligibility is at the discretion of SF Education Group Ltd.
You agree not to misuse the platform, harass other users, share harmful content, or attempt to access systems or data without authorisation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Parts of 28 Days Her use artificial intelligence to generate summaries, reflection prompts, weekly review insights and suggested actions. In line with the EU AI Act and comparable transparency rules, we confirm the following:
Your journal entries, reflections and check-ins are processed by AI only to generate features you have requested (for example a weekly review). We do not sell your content, and we do not permit our AI providers to use it to train their foundation models. Content shared with a coach is governed by the sharing consent settings you control in your account, and you may withdraw that consent at any time. Further detail is set out in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use AI features to generate unlawful, harmful, defamatory, discriminatory or deceptive content, to attempt to extract underlying prompts or model data, to circumvent safety controls, or to input other people's personal data without a lawful basis. AI outputs must not be presented as professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice to others.
28 Days Her, including all AI-generated content, is provided for educational and personal development purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, medical or psychological advice, and it is not a crisis or emergency service. If you are in distress, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.
All content, branding, and materials on 28 Days Her are owned by SF Education Group Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission. As between you and us, you retain ownership of the content you enter, and you may use AI outputs generated from your own content for your personal or internal business purposes. AI outputs may not be unique to you and may not be protectable by copyright in some jurisdictions.
28 Days Her is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including as to the accuracy or fitness of AI-generated content. SF Education Group Ltd is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on AI outputs. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
